The font is smaller and I find the lay out less easy to follow than the previous version. Why was it changed? It was perfectly fine the way it was. I’ve been a customer of Cumberland Credit Union for 35 years, and carried on when First took over. It seems changes keep happening both with staff and with the appearance of the ap. As someone who uses online banking as well as in person, I’d like online banking to be reliable and not keep changing.
