I don’t like the most recent update to the appearance of this ap. The font is smaller and I find the lay out less easy to follow than the previous version. Why was it changed? 

It was perfectly fine the way it was. I’ve been a customer of Cumberland Credit Union for 35 years, and carried on when First took over. It seems changes keep happening both with staff and with the appearance of the ap. 

As someone who uses online banking as well as in person, I’d like online banking to be reliable and not keep changing.

Lots of bugs. Most times I use it I have to repeat a lot of functions because the app glitches and kicks me back to the previous page. The password that you use to set up each etransfer recipient is the password that you have to use forever, it’s very annoying.

The DEBIT CARD may or may not function is a little more than irritating. WHEN????? will Qathet get with the rest of the world on real life issues.

This app is pretty good for the most part. At times it does make you select your needs more than once before it comprehends the step.

I enjoy the convenience of using this app, unfortunately it only functions on an iPad correctly.
On a cell phone it is inundated with glitches and is extremely difficult to utilize.

It has never crashed or failed to work in any way over the many years I’ve been using it.   👍 👍
