They froze my account for making multiple payments in the same billing cycle and refused to do anything for me unless I jumped through hoops to prove my checking accounts actually mine just apply for something else inconvenient inconsiderate

I already have one high interest rate card. They solicit me for a second card. I get approved but instead of just increasing my credit limit they want 143 dollars to give me 200 dollars in “extra” credit. The interest rates are ridiculous and they would rather you have 5 different cards with 5 different payments than have it on one and be manageable.

I should've looked at the reviews before running my credit and paying the fee First Digital but I guess they meant you have to pay First and then receive the card to make it Digital. Smh out $95 now the kids are going to have to wait a month for groceries.

This app blows. Tried logging in using my correct information and it says it does not recognize the username/password. But if I go to the site on my computer and type in the same information,I get access no problem. They should just get rid of this stupid app altogether.

I can't log into the app or the website. I've tried to call but you guys disconnect my call every time before I get to anyone. There's randomly $25 that is missing from my account. You won't let me reset my security answer even though I've put all the cars I've had,colors. Fix this now please. I was able to get into it last week and now I can’t.
