## What is First Elite?

Book a trusted home appliance technician in under a minute — anywhere in Saudi Arabia.

First Elite connects you with vetted maintenance technicians for the appliances your home depends on. Choose the device, tell us what's wrong, confirm your address. We call you shortly after to arrange a visit time that works for you.

WHAT YOU CAN BOOK
• Air conditioning — servicing, cleaning and repair
• Washing machines and dryers
• Dishwashers
• Ovens and cooktops
• Refrigerators and freezers

Every service comes two ways: an Inspection visit, or Inspection + Repair. You decide how far to go before anyone arrives.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the appliance that needs attention
2. Choose inspection only, or inspection with repair
3. Add the brand, model, number of units and up to 3 photos of the fault
4. Confirm your address and review the full price, VAT included

PRICING YOU CAN SEE
No call-out surprises. Unit price, quantity, 15% VAT and the total are all on screen before you confirm anything. You pay the technician directly once the work is done.

TRACK EVERY ORDER
Follow each job from Placed to Accepted to Completed, with timestamps at every step. Active and past orders sit in one list, and you can cancel a pending order yourself.

BUILT FOR SAUDI HOMES
• Full Arabic and English, with proper right-to-left layout
• Light and dark mode
• Saved locations, so booking again takes seconds
• Support over WhatsApp or email, and an emergency contact on the home screen

Questions before you book? Tap Support on the home screen and talk to a person.
