Update required for iPad and when I go to update it only gives me the option to open the app. When I open the app, it will not allow me to use the app until an update is done.

iPad 10th generation recently ffbkc app crashes when trying to make payments inside the app. Whenever I select an account to make a payment to it crashes.

I really enjoyed the old platform. It had its downfalls so I understand the desire to change however, I do miss the old version. 

This new platform is clunky and complicated. I have to click too much to get to the desired window of information, I wish I could rename my accounts (so I don’t have to remember which 4 numbers correlate to which account), the insight tab is CLUNKY-the budgets and the tags have a hard time updating and being adjusted (which is VERY frustrating). The app is overall slow. 

I am being highly critical because I run my small business and family budget off the app’s features. I love this bank and the people that run it. This platform has potential and could be really powerful. I really hope updates are coming soon.

No one can answer why everything going thru my account is pending. This is what use to happen several years ago. Question: when something is pending has it come out of my account or not.

The new app is not as easy to manage as it was before with a listing of accounts and their names rather than just the numbers

Mobile Instructions
1. Log into digital banking.
2. Open the sidebar (it'll look like three horizontal lines in the top left).
3. Click on your Profile/Name, then select Settings.
4. Under Accounts, click on "First Federal Bank of Kansas City".
5. Choose the account you’d like to rename. Click "Rename" in the top right corner.
6. Enter your preferred name and hit "Save".

Desktop Instructions
1. Log into digital banking.
2. In the sidebar, click on your Profile/Name, then select "Account Settings".
3. Choose the account you’d like to rename. Click "Rename" in the top right corner.
4. Enter your preferred name and hit "Save".

This app is terrible. When attempting to login, the text fields take 5 minutes to even become interactive. Once it’s interactive, it fails to bring up keyboard. I had to copy and paste. 

Lastly, this is an entirely new app. I lost access to my account because I wasn’t informed. 

This is truly a terrible dev team and user experience.

I don’t like how you changed the transfers now you can’t transfer money for 24 hours. That makes stuff very difficult for me. When people need money transferred, they need it now not 24 hours from now.
