Cannot reach anyone at First Federal. Unable to bill pay; check balance, … anything online! We live 20+ miles from the bank. I’m physically disabled and 77+ years old. All of my banking is done online. ### 1/5 — Pitiful *2022-11-08, version 21.8.1* Layout of this app is outdated as can be and on top of that it will just randomly decide that I’m not allowed to look at my account anymore because of the “enhanced account security” feature. Which makes you verify through the phone number you gave the bank. Only when you click on it, it simply says, “ An error occurred. If the error persists, please contact your financial institution.” I shouldn’t have to call the bank to look at my account just because YOU can’t get YOUR APP to verify MY INFORMATION that I PERSONALLY GAVE YOU! I like the card controls and secure messaging. The financial tools are interesting. Still digging around in the budgets. I like that you can monitor accounts at other banks, including retirement investments.
