They’ve added the ai chat icon directly over top of the main menu button. So trying to navigate is impossible. Plus the “chat bot” takes forever to respond. After putting in your password it simply doesn’t work. The button won’t press. This is very disappointing since I use my app so frequently. This maybe the straw that broke the camel's back for me with FFL. It gets stuck on the “loading accounts” screen. I’m new to this bank only because my job goes through here. But honestly, this isn’t the first issue I’ve had with FFL. ### 2/5 — When it works? *2024-06-17* Overall I am a fan of FFL. Good bank, solid people, I’m happy to bank with them. I have for decades. But this new mobile app? Whoever decided on this nonsense needs to be let go. It’s a poorly designed web application dummied into an “app” that is exponentially slower and more unreliable than what they had previously. Half the time if you log in it hangs on the pallid, unoptimized wool-sweater gray “Loading Accounts” screen (both in browser and the pseudo “app”). Web applications are the future … but this ain’t it. 90% of the banking I do is online and this absolute travesty of an attempt at modernity is reason enough to kick me towards Chase or HSBC completely. Profoundly frustrating. ### 2/5 — Buggy. Face ID issue *2024-03-19* New app is buggy. Loads slowly. Often launches in a mode that ignores Face ID. It shows that I am at 12.5 and the new updated app needs 13.0. But there is a button to update to an older version and it does nothing when pressed. So frustrating thinking of taking all my money out Of all my accounts! ### 5/5 — I Don’t know why people are low balling this awesome app *2020-09-11* I have been using this app for two years and over and there hasn’t been a single time I couldn’t log in. App is very simple to use. You see your accounts immediately you log in. Can’t go to the bank to deposit checks, just click on deposit at the base of the app and you can take a picture of your check and deposit it; remember to sign and write for mobile only at the back of the check though or your check will be in limbo for at least 3 days and come back failed. For those complaining about this app, you must make sure your log in credentials are spot on or else you won’t even get the opportunity to do a password reset. Hands down, one of the most efficient and secured mobile finance app out there. ### 5/5 — Easy to use *2020-04-09* App is great and continues to get better. Been with them 13 yrs and have seen changes to the better since then. Scheduled the transfer for 10 days later. Transfer never happened. No explanation. Had to go to branch. ### 4/5 — It works with iPhone 4S, you just have turn your phone off and back on. *2014-07-02* I jumped the gun and wrote negative review because the App seemingly did not work at first. However, after speaking with a teller, I was informed to just turn the phone off and back on. That did the trick. App appeared on the screen. Logged in just fine. I rescind my 1 star rating. Yet I withheld one star out of spite. ### 3/5 — Face ID Fail *2020-12-06* Used this app for years plus loved the added FACE ID login option, until it stopped working with Apple updates this year.
