It would be great if I could see how much I need to pay on my mortgage upfront and not have to dig through the app to find the amount! ### 1/5 — Awful transition *2026-03-09, version 25.1.325* I’ve never encountered so many issues with an app. I wasn’t able to access my accounts to transfer money or pay bills. It took days of phone calls for me and my family to get anyone to help. My money was being held hostage. I had no way to access anything other than going to a physical building and with my work schedule I couldn’t get there during their bank hours. On top of that, it happened up against a weekend. Additional fees were accrued bc of the app not working. Absolutely ridiculous!!! ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-03-08, version 25.1.325* Hate the new app, absolutely terrible. I’ve had to agree to terms and conditions agreement so many times since you did this it’s ridiculous. Everything is so small. It is very difficult to read. I used to be able to see at least a year of my savings account now I can’t see anything. I have no idea when the last time interest was paid so I guess I have to go back to paper and pencil now because your app is horrible this is a horrible app It’s not user-friendly at all. It is so slow. I wanted to update my alert choices. It is so tiny. I didn’t even bother. It’s ridiculous. Why would you do this. Sometimes you need to go back and compare what you may have paid on something a year ago or maybe a payment that you made a few months ago that you have to look up.
