I tried to go into the app to check my settings and it says it can’t establish a secure connection. It has been this way for months now! I can access card guard through the bank app but I still don’t get notifications even though the settings say I should. It’s worthless. ### 1/5 — Can’t use the app anymore *2023-07-25* This bank over all has been a hassle. First can’t get me an online banking account, so I had to resort to using this app for all of my card usage to check balances etc Now I can’t even use this app at all, but still can’t use the mobile banking app either. Dealing with first financial has made me want to switch to a completely new bank after using this same establishment for over 10 years. ### 1/5 — Password Reset Requirements *2023-05-17* It makes you reset your password every few weeks but the my major gripe about is the resetting process. It took me a while to figure it only wanted it total of 8 characters. Even though it stated at least 8 characters (At least one uppercase, one lowercase, 1 number, 1 special character). I don’t see how limiting the amount of characters is going to make our accounts more secure. If it wasn’t for this then I wouldn’t have complained. ### 1/5 — Was working now not *2022-03-05, version 3.9.1* I haven’t been getting notification transactions lately and not sure when my cards are being used and where and when they are used. Sometimes I’ll get a transaction notification in the middle of the night for something I purchased earlier the day before. Please fix! Then 5 stars ### 5/5 — Saved from identity theft *2021-01-15, version 3.9.0* Absolutely love having this app! Immediately notifies me when my card gets used. Someone had gotten ahold of my information & this way I was able to immediately call to shut it down.
