But I just got a new phone and it won’t accept my password and to get a new one it shows me a QR code. How do you scan a QR code with the same phone you are holding. So I tried with my iPad and the app crashes immediately, won’t even bring up the login screen. So I tried with a PC, scanned the QR code for a password reset, and it just spins and says “this is taking longer than usual” for eternity. Guess I’ll have to call someone to reset my password, which is not convenient.
