Updated as needed. Today I go to open app and it says “update now”. I click on it…opens App Store. Once in App Store it says open (there is no update). Click open and just keeps repeating. Very frustrating. Not sure what the problem is. ### 1/5 — Deposits not going through *2019-02-05, version 18.3.80* I have been using this app for a long time and know all the steps and procedures very well. I am also very careful about doing the steps correctly. However, recently two of my checks were not deposited. One for $1200 that was needed to cover a mortgage payment. First Financial is saying that it never went through and I know for a fact that I went through all the steps correctly and that I submitted the check for 1200. The second one for $293 was not deposited because of an “unclear” image. I do not live near my bank so rely on this app for important deposits. Very disappointed ### 1/5 — Revised site *2019-02-05, version 18.3.80* I am missing seeing payments I’ve made in the last few months.. not liking this new layout ### 1/5 — Don't bother *2015-10-16, version 4.6.37* Keeps asking security questions, but none of them make sense. I would have never selected those questions because they don't even have an answer. Seems this bank, both mobile and web, cheaps out on the software-it's all a joke. I NEED Mobile and online banking. The developers should consider adding the firstffcu.com domain to the app login endpoint so my password manager can recognize and autofill the password field. As it works currently, the login process takes several steps when it would only take one step in other apps. And checking on your accounts. Only one suggestion I hope they fix. Is Locations, it shows you locations of First Financial "partners".. but it does not give the names if What I assume others in network (Partners) it just gives town and address.
