The most frustrating one for me is the Face ID to sign on. It just does not work at all. I don’t feel the app has enough Information. I have to keep linking my outside accounts. Currently it is duplicating my accounts. Now I have 3 savings and 3 checking accounts. I hide them but keep coming back. I transferred money through Zelle from another back to FF but it doesn’t show as even been received. I even got the email from FF confirming the deposit. GET IT TOGETHER FFB. ### 1/5 — Havent been able to login since update *2021-12-13, version 6.0.1* Tried logging in with credentials and won’t allow me to access my account. Now I’m locked out. The app is useless and I’ve not been able to login for maybe a year at this point. I have to use the website to do anything. It was actually working for a month or so, and now with the latest update it goes into a security question loop ending with cannot login. Update - it’s been years. However, when I try to log on now, after I click submit to allow them to verify my identity (ask me questions), a failure processing request notice keeps popping up. I’ve restarted my phone, deleted the app & re-downloaded it many times, and the issue continues to persist. I know that I am inputting the right password since I’m able to log on my laptop and mobile browsers (Chrome & Safari). Not sure if this is a bug that needs to be fixed but I would love to see the devs address this & I would be happy to change my review. Until then, the app is useless for me since it won’t let me access my account. ### 1/5 — App doesn’t function due to blocked trackers *2022-01-08, version 6.0.2* You do not have network connectivity. That’s what it constantly says. The app will not function because my network blocks trackers and the app phones home to mixpanel. I don’t want to be tracked, I just want my banking info.
