I would like to see a feature that allows you to see the declined transactions as well and gives the reasons why they were declined. ### 3/5 — Convenient but.. *2020-11-02* This app is so convenient, but it’s so dang slow. Depositing checks takes forever. However when I try to save my password or enable face recognition it will work 3/4 times then I will have to enter my info again and start the process over. I know it’s not that big of a deal to enter your username and password, however when trying to check your balance quickly it becomes very annoying. Also why are the cards not compatible with Apple wallet/ Apple Pay? Again very annoying as I make most of my purchases with my Apple wallet and my bank account doesn’t support it.... Please, please, please, get the Apple wallet working, it is honestly about to make me change banks, I mean my chime pre paid card will work with Apple wallet but a huge bank cant. Speaking of chime, can’t transfer money to them either for my daughter to have spending cash. Thanks for reading. I will change my review to 5 stars if you get the Apple wallet working bc honestly everything else works great (minus the password thing ) lol ### 5/5 — Good Features *2020-08-07, version 4.6.3.641* This app is easy to use and I like the debit card controls. Your username can be saved in the phone and you can enter a password , or choose facial or thumbprint ID. Now when you try and log in, it wants you to update the app, but there’s no update in the App Store. It is very hard to access our accounts because the app always kicks us back out instantly. The ability to move money between institutions/acct without fee or having to make a physical visit to branch, in this era’s tech, sad effort. I got a student checking account at this bank because one of my family friends works there and I got a job in August and have to use direct deposit. It takes so long for me to log on. I wish I could log on using Touch ID or a 4 digit PIN number. Instead, I have to put in my username and password. This takes entirely too much time considering I have the app to quickly check my bank account. I only check my account on pay day or if I am figuring out my tithe.
