I get a message that it can’t validate my information. I change my password and it works once then again it can’t validate my information. Logs in fine on a browser. Fix the app! UPDATE 6/11/26: I stopped using the app all together. And as for the app I can’t track any of my transactions I have to wait for the paper bill to come in which is inconvenient and frustrating not being able to check for any fraudulent transactions on your account… This problem should be resolved!!!! Taking my money out. ### 1/5 — New and "improved"? *2022-05-26, version 21.3.52* The app worked fine for the three or so years that I used it prior to this big overhaul that recently took place. Now I can't login to the app. I can login online using my laptop, but not the app. I enter my username and password and it moves to a screen where I am prompted to enter my phone number. I do so and hit save. It then says something to the effect of "information has been saved" then I hit continue and it just goes back to the main login page. Over and over again. Either that or it just says that there's been some sort of error and goes back to login page. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned off icloud and deleted the app from icloud backup. I deleted the recent backup in icloud. I've done all that I can think of. Nothing worked.
