For a semi large bank you’d think everything would be quick. Transactions take days if not an entire week to show up. Transfers also take the same amount of time. Ridiculous.

 I am most unhappy after being a customer for over 30 years that I cannot update because I have an iPhone 7. I like my phone and I don’t need to upgrade and now you’re making it impossible for me to do online banking with my phone. Not good for customers who prefer the phones that they already have. please make it better for us so we can use our phones!

The absolute worst help  section of a bank I’ve ever seen in my life. They haven’t responded to multiple questions in over six months. Will definitely be reporting this bank when I get around to it. Can’t wait to pay off my loan and get the heck out of here.

One of the worst banks I’ve had the displeasure of using. Instead of blocking transactions for fraudulent charges they cancel your card and send you a new one two weeks later. Need to pay your bills? They don’t care.

UPDATE: STILL TRASH! If it’s not one thing, it’s another with them.

Often have issues logging in. Also the app doesn’t reflect transactions or balances correctly. Such a problematic app—always has been and continues to be.

Instead of taking transactions out in order the debit account will rearrange to create an overdraft. After having a deposit hit my account they last minute froze the deposit, for an extra day, the account rearrange my transactions and created it to go negative and due to that I’m having to pay a $30 overdraft fee. Beware of that and create a case to have it waved. Unfair to pay the fee even though having the current funds just not “having” available funds.

Ever since the update, the memos for my transactions do not appear. I also noticed that transaction activities are no longer immediately available to see. You cannot even see any internal transfers. Also it’s so inconvenient that internal transfers are no longer immediate! I have to wait the next day to see it appear in my account. Fix this please!

Nickel and diming with overdraft fees and delayed transaction history’s. The app won’t show. Thing but if you call them they know where the money is and the over draft fees insane. Buckle and dime. They are making millions off there criminal tactics
