I despise this layout because First Hawaiian Bank should be at the top but it’s not, my five AMEX cards and accounts are followed by my other credit cards which is incredibly confusing. Yes you have the option of moving them up or down on the list but only within the specific card company. Transactions take days if not an entire week to show up. Transfers also take the same amount of time. Also the app doesn’t reflect transactions or balances correctly. After having a deposit hit my account they last minute froze the deposit, for an extra day, the account rearrange my transactions and created it to go negative and due to that I’m having to pay a $30 overdraft fee. Beware of that and create a case to have it waved. The previous version was much more user-friendly. This new mobile app is a major step backward. While it’s a slight step up from American Savings (at least I can manage my various accounts and your transaction history is cleaner) it basically looks and feels the same as theirs. That’s not a compliment. This change feels like it came at the expense of customers, customers who hold assets at the bank for the bank to invest. This was not an investment forward, and it certainly wasn’t innovation. It looks like a cost-cutting move. Roll back the old design.
