Hice un pago, pero yo no sabía que mi tarjeta estaba bloqueada porque alguien intentó hacer un cobro de mi tarjeta. So yo llamé para preguntar si se había procesado el pago antes de qué se me bloqueara la tarjeta me dijeron de que sí que el pago estaba procesado que todo estaba bien, o sea hay que esperar más de una hora para que te atiendan y te dicen que todo está bien y a los días recibes una nota de qué un pago atrasado vuelves a llamar pasa más de una hora y no te contestan vuelves a llamar no te contestan no te ayudan con tener acceso a la aplicación o sea es horrible la 
atención al cliente de esta compañía

this is literally the worst app ever 
cant even function right 
on the app it had said 29 days due (i had a late payment i wanted to cover today) i call to make the payment and turns out im 30 days do 
the lady (she started getting salty with me)
she says " the app is always a day behind"
LIKE WHAT??? WHAT IS THE LITERAL POINT TO THE INFORMATION ON THE APP??? 
yes i could have made an eariler payment but i was technically on the app showing i had today to pay it off 
and i couldnt which is costing me credit points 
so disappointed on your company

They all ways have bad services 
They only want to go over your money with hight interest rate 
When I had principal balance on my app 
Around $16 k then they simple change to $19 K!!! not good at all

Always waiting for 30min or more to someone answering my phone calls. They do not even response when you contact them by chat through the app. They double charged and never got it yet
