Default error message is that check isn’t endorsed properly but actual error may be front picture is bad or a number of other issues. I rarely login on a PC. Since I use my fingerprint to login, it’s typical for me to forget my password. Too often this app will make me out in a password instead of use my fingerprint like it’s supposed to. Then I have to waste time and go through the process of doing a password reset. Now that I did that, it’s making me put in a verification code that it has sent to my phone. I’ve put in 6 different codes it sent me and either it tells me there was an error or the code was incorrect. I have had it send it to me through text and phone call options. I have even turned my phone off, then back on, and deleted the app and did a re-download. Nothing has worked and I’m still unable to access my account through the app. ### 1/5 — Never shows correct info *2020-04-14* Every time I try to view my accounts, it just keeps loading and loading and never finishes. This has been happening for weeks now. On another note, the available balance is always wrong and keeps costing me fees.
