Says wrong credentials, but they’re correct. I can log in on website, but not this app. ### 1/5 — Ruined it *2025-08-19, version 2025.5.0.1* The bank is great, and the app used to be perfect. I don’t know what happened with the latest released, but nothing works. Bill pay is completely missing. I contacted support to let them know, and they absolutely expressed no interest in my feedback. After uninstalling and reinstalling, both on my iPhone, and my wife’s android still nothing… for the first time in 20 years with this bank. What use is this app if I can’t pay my bills?? You guys need to fix this “update”! Your App Store pictures show it, but it’s not what mine looks like at all! FIX THIS! ### 3/5 — Zelle Limit *2023-12-03, version 2023.3.0.2* The Zelle limits at this bank are ridiculous. I’ve called the bank and they advised that is the highest they can be. I have other back accounts with much higher Zelle limits ### 3/5 — Decent but clunky *2023-11-08, version 2023.3.0.2* I've been a customer with this bank for 14 years. I'm looking for a bank for reasons outside of the app (it's the ATM fees that are ridiculous) but the app is really rudimentary. Changing your password on this app is the craziest, most tedious experience. Rather than text verification, they call you with a number- but they don't tell you to write down the number so then when you go back to actually change the password, you have to give the phone code again which I always forget to write down the first time so then I have to go through the process again. Typically, an app these days has all of the features but with this bank, for advanced features, you have to get on the desktop site. For a long time, I didn't have a personal computer because I didn't need one so I wasn't able to access certain features. The only thing you can really do on the app is check your balance, send zelle payments and some bill pay. Literally everything else has to be done on the desktop site. This app gives 2005 vibes... ### 3/5 — Outdated Interface *2023-06-02, version 2023.3.0.1* While it has all the basic functions, the app is almost too simple. It lacks details about your accounts you may need and in turn you have to call to get details about almost everything. You can’t tell which debit card is assigned to which account unless you call. If I receive money from zelle, it doesn’t update unless I log out and log back in. I feel like it needs an update that matches the ease their website brings. ### 1/5 — Pretty Upset *2023-04-04, version 2022.9.2.1* i made an account yesterday and everything was fine and i was able to use the app and spend money yesterday and all last night but then they decided to put my account on hold this morning. i need to access the money on my bank account asap. this is extremely inconvenient and i’m upset that you guys decided to do this without letting me know so i could have transferred or zelled money to myself so i could’ve used it before you decided to put my account on hold for no reason. super disappointing. i called your customer service line twice today and they did not help me at all. i don’t know the reason why my account is on hold and they said it would take 1-2 days!? for what?? ### 1/5 — No bank-to-bank transfer optionality *2023-01-13, version 2022.9.2.1* Not very user friendly compared to other banks (ie, CapitalOne, Chase).
