Previously, I left a message because the system stated that they would get back to me on the next business day. Not only was I not gotten back to but when I called to pursue the needed information I was told that the representative I was speaking to was not the proper person and that everyone had gone home for the day. The point of getting this new account was to have a place to set money aside but I the application that previously worked is now not functional. The cherry on top is that I get emails from them pertaining to other matters but not the password reset emails. I’m thinking that I might have made a mistake in opening this account and it might be best to look into other options. If you want a bank that takes 2 weeks to start functioning normally , this is your chance! ### 5/5 — Easy *2026-03-25* I find using this app for deposit easy to use. ### 3/5 — Moved bill pay *2026-02-10* App is easier to use and responsive, but they moved the bill pay several layers deep and it’s what I used most. Reaching out for tech support takes hours & sometimes a week to hear back. ### 4/5 — Improved app *2025-11-18* I like that it tells you what to write on the back of the check before taking the picture and that it automatically takes the picture for you. It’s also helpful that it gives you the date the money will be posted to your account.
