You can’t ever get it to load without canceling it out a couple times it has to use two face IDs before it will unlock. There needs to be some work done. When I hit the call button I never receive a call. Luckily this is just an account my mom uses and she goes to the branch. We were in the process of possibly moving her out of FIB. The terrible experiences with app certainly helped push the decision to do so over the line….
