My account was automatically charged nearly $500 in PAID OVERDRAFT FEES without any prior notice or email notification. The bank kept deducting money repeatedly while providing no warning or assistance to prevent this from happening. When I went to the branch in person to resolve the issue, instead of receiving help or a refund, I was simply told that it was my fault, not the bank’s responsibility. This response was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I am a new customer and this is my first time living in the United States. The bank failed to clearly explain overdraft fees, account policies, or provide proper guidance, which is especially important for new customers. I’ve tried logging back in for a few months now. All it asks when you download it is the “verify you are not a robot” checkmark and no username or password boxes. I even checked the box to verify and it just sat there forever. Not moving on to a next page or anything… it does this on their website as well. I don’t live near one of their banks anymore and I need to get a check cashed into my account.
