It’s possible as I have other credit cards that update transactions instantly. My account was automatically charged nearly $500 in PAID OVERDRAFT FEES without any prior notice or email notification. The bank kept deducting money repeatedly while providing no warning or assistance to prevent this from happening. When I went to the branch in person to resolve the issue, instead of receiving help or a refund, I was simply told that it was my fault, not the bank’s responsibility. This response was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I am a new customer and this is my first time living in the United States. The bank failed to clearly explain overdraft fees, account policies, or provide proper guidance, which is especially important for new customers. Mobile deposits and zelle take forever to deposit, and when making a payment between accounts you’ll get an insufficient fund error even though the funds are there. I really wish they could catch up.
