They are unable to process transactions involving US dollars and are prohibited from operating in Europe and the United States due to their severely compromised reputation. Furthermore, their mobile application lacks the functionality to generate bank statements, forcing customers to visit a local branch and pay exorbitant fees for printed records. Transaction costs are also unreasonably high, as the bank takes a significant cut from peer-to-peer transfers. Further the verification process is very complicated and it takes too long without getting approved.
