I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but you have to in order to do a review **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you were not happy with your account. All the Terms and Conditions of the account are disclosed during the application process. ### 1/5 — Not a real company *2026-05-04* Takes 15-20 for a payment to reflect on your account so you pay and they do t credit your account for 15 days. The app will not work most of the time. The card won’t even work In store most days. It’s worked 3 out of 20 times when I have available credit. Do not give this company your info! **Developer response:** Please contact our Customer Service department and we will be happy to review to see the status of your return. ### 1/5 — The worst secured card ever *2026-04-09* I got the card and when it was time to pay the bill they tell me they only take payments from an official bank account and routing number. I can’t pay with a debit card. Then I use an account and routing number and the payment doesn’t work and they charge me another 31 dollars for a bounced check. It seems like this card is making my credit score go down not up at all. There’s nothing you can do either just like others said in their comment and reviews. Smh I have the money to pay my bill but can’t because I have to open a bank account at a bank of their choosing. I never heard of not accepting debit card as payment for anything. Especially not a bill or credit card payment. Im soooo mad i disnt choose one of the other secured cards i really am. I hope this helps someone because man oh man will you be mad if you gwt this card to build your credit, and the app sucks to and the site they have. None of it makes any sense at all.. this company will go under definitely if things don’t change. **Developer response:** You do have the option to pay by debit card and by any bank you choose. It never saves you log in. And then tell you the expedited process will take 2-3 business days. So you will never be able to use the card. They happy to take your money. But tell you you can’t use it. I Got approved July 14th. Never received my card so I call on July 27 and was told my acct had a fraud block. They have asked for every form of verification that I have given them then turn around and ask for something else. I deposited $200 that I still cannot access and they refuse to send me another card. They have no time frames & do not respond to emails or contact you when something is going on with your account. Please contact our Customer Service department so we can assist in getting this resolved. ### 1/5 — CFBP SCAM DO NOT APPLY OR DOWNLOAD *2025-06-25* Over a month I was approved and now they've been asking for every single verification possible. I gave them everything I had and they still rejected so I filed a formal complaint to get my money back one way or another. Don't respond with the "please call us" because I'm past that now. Let me find out you've used our information illegally and I'm filing a civil lawsuit and contacting state attorney and consumer protection attorney. **Developer response:** Sorry to hear you feel this was a scam. Your funds would be refund per the company policies. ### 1/5 — They block account if you pay in full. *2025-05-30* The app doesn’t work half the time. That was something I could work with. What I couldn’t work with was, they blocked my account after I paid my account in full. They wanted copies of my bank statements, power bill, my id and social security card. How was the bank account okay for opening the card but, paying it off? No one needs someone bank statements.
