## What is First Light?

Pray before you scroll.

First Light helps you build a faithful rhythm by placing prayer between you and the apps that pull your attention away. Choose what pauses and when. At your prayer times, those apps pause automatically. Complete a prayer in First Light, then return to your day with intention.

MAKE SPACE FOR PRAYER
• Choose the apps and categories you want to pause
• Set up to six prayer times that fit your day
• Let Daily Pause begin automatically
• Complete your prayer to reopen paused apps

PRAY WITH SUBSTANCE
Explore hundreds of meaningful prayers grounded in Scripture, with topics for mornings, gratitude, focus, anxiety, distraction, temptation, and more. First Light shows you prayers you have not read before returning to familiar ones.

BUILD A FAITHFUL RHYTHM
See your weekly rhythm, prayer history, current and longest streaks, completed prayers, and time spent in prayer. Progress is there to encourage consistency, not guilt.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
First Light uses Apple's Screen Time controls. Your selected apps, prayer history, reminder times, and onboarding responses stay private on your device. No account or login is required.

MEMBERSHIP
After your first prayer, an active First Light membership is required to continue using the app. Choose a weekly or yearly membership. Any eligible introductory offer is shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
