While in Puerto Rico I downloaded this app and reply can only use be used 

in Puerto Rico

“This application is only allowed to be used in Puerto Rico” 
This is the message I received when trying to access the app of FMC. I am in Puerto Rico and I don’t use a VPN so I guess it’s a worthless app at the moment. 
It just refers to check the website 😂
