This app does not inform the user when you try to use it. It just tells you your USER ID is wrong. I wasted an hour trying to make it work. Other people had the same experience. Not only do I have to log in with a physical password everytime(no face recognition) it also asks for my company ID every single time. And guess what, if you leave the app for even 10 secs to do something else, it logs you out and you have to do it all over again! Then when I’m actually in the app, my balance just doesn’t show, it’s always “N/A”. Then the employee at the bank says that their personal banking app is better, open an account and you can see your business balance there quicker. It takes several times to get it to go through. ### 3/5 — Too many strokes *2023-03-24* Our bank was purchased by First Merchants. The transition was better than expected. I only had to make two trips to our local branch to get everything up and running. The problem is key strokes required for every check deposited. 250% more for every check! As treasurer for our 501,c,3 it is a weekly reminder that I should find a new bank.
