There’s no comment or memo section when making a payment, which is a major problem when paying toward a loan. For example, if I want to make a payment specifically toward the principal of my loan, there’s no way to communicate that through the app. It would be extremely helpful to have a comment/memo field where users can specify how they want their payment applied. I really like the convenience of the app, but adding this feature would make bill pay much more useful and give customers better control over their payments.
