It will not save your password for anything and once you do save it it doesn’t recognize it the next time. I’ve literally reset the password and had it immediately lock me back out. This happens every month and I’m a very tech savvy person can’t wait to pay them off and never return ### 3/5 — Face ID randomly stops working *2025-06-11* I love the app overall — I’ve had it for years — but every time I change my password, Face ID works fine for a few months and then one day randomly stops working…and then because I’ve never used my password, I end up having to call to recover it. From being extremely insecure with my personal information (printing out my social/bank and routing on a piece of printer paper and leaving it laying around in the open for hours) to an app that kicks you out every month and requires a new password.
