This app is total junk! It will not save your password for anything and once you do save it it doesn’t recognize it the next time. I’ve literally reset the password and had it immediately lock me back out. This happens every month and I’m a very tech savvy person can’t wait to pay them off and never return

Always get “sorry we cant confirm your credentials right now” says that for three days then all of the sudden works. Horrible app

I’ve never had as bad an experience as I have with this bank. From being extremely insecure with my personal information (printing out my social/bank and routing on a piece of printer paper and leaving it laying around in the open for hours) to an app that kicks you out every month and requires a new password. This bank is a disgrace. 

Unsafe. Bad service. Worst bank of my life.

It has said that there are technical difficulties for the last 5 days. I’ve deleted the app, re-downloaded the app, nothing works, all I get is a message that says “technical difficulties, try back later”.

I love the app overall — I’ve had it for years — but every time I change my password, Face ID works fine for a few months and then one day randomly stops working…and then because I’ve never used my password, I end up having to call to recover it. It’s a really annoying cycle.

Occasionally the app won’t let me log on, not sure if it’s being worked on then or why the message pops up, but when that’s the case I can usually access my account via the website login. Other than that the app is great!
