It's hard to set up, customer service wasn't helpful, and you have to log into a home computer to set it up. If I didn't have such a good Loan Officer at this bank I would have switched banks a long time ago. My biggest pet peeve is that the details on a transaction aren't helpful. Every one of mine always say "postpurchase trans" something or other. And gives the amount. This doesn't tell me where! And you can't make it show the rest of it at all. It constantly has error messages. It won’t save my password or fingerprint & I have to reenter it each time. So I’m not even allowed to use the fingerprint feature that I can use on my BOA account & others. I don’t have any problems with my other apps, so I know it is just there’s.
