Says update required but won’t let me update

See above- I have liked many things about First BAnk, but this business is getting OLD. Told to update now, but when I hit the update now and open app and click the app shown it just goes back to the old app saying update now. Time to switch banks coming soon. Weary of these hassles with updates and password changes!

When I try and turn my card back on, it keeps saying off, so that means that there’s something wrong with the app please fix this, so that blind people can use this app more user-friendly

The app is a bit frustrating when they say a update is available.  I had to go to website to access my account.

This app seldom works. It tells me I need to update my app but it is updated to latest version. 
So I end up going online to access my account, seeing the app isn’t working.

This happens 3 out of 5 times a week.
