I can’t go past the loading screen once I log in. When I enter my password it sends me to the loading screen as usual but It just gets stuck there. I can’t access my accounts or anything. This has been happening for days now and there has been no fix.

I can not login the mobile app, only online page.
It seems the mobile app is not longer working after accessing with face Id and either using my credentials

Every time I open the app it keeps saying select a target and making me send a code to my phone. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it still the same. Happening to my parents also. I’ve talk to the bank they said they are not sure why it’s doing that.

I no longer deposit through my phone. It does not show the tab to click on & deposit.

This app should have fingerprint authentication like ever other financial institution app. “Password only” can be comprised easily.

I really enjoy this app. I don’t like close to my bank so I don’t have to go to town and deposit my checks. I can do it online! It’s great.

If you want to deposit more than a certain limit, more than a certain number of checks per day, OR more than a certain number of checks per month......

You ONLY find out that you cannot make the deposit AFTER you sign it over, take the pics and fill out the information,and  hit continue 3 or 4 times.   

Why not let is know AT the Beginning of the process?
