Check my balance See what my spouse is bringing home. And I get a message that f the bank thinks that my account has been compromised! My mom couldn’t even do that! Mobile deposit is the best. Now it’s a hope and a prayer to deposit a check. Constantly have errors that say can’t read check or endorsement. These are checks that are typed not hand written. Success rate to deposit a check is probably 20% now. Used to be 99%. Pretty useless as a mobile banking app till it’s fixed. ### 1/5 — Crashes and locks you out all the time *2020-02-06* You advertise the app has been updated and you can now use thumb print id. Except over HALF the time it doesn’t work. So then when you try to enter password it tells you it’s invalid and locks you out. The app is unavailable several times a day it’s ridiculous. If you have an app and advertise its mobile friendly make sure it works. This prolly 4th time in a 2 week time I’ve been locked out due to glitches and error. It’s getting old. ### 2/5 — Hard to use *2026-03-11* There was no training or even notice that this app was being updated and launched which has always bothered me because I didn’t and don’t feel supported by the bank. Transfers are annoying as you have to note the toe every time. Also having to deselect the first five transfers is also annoying.
