The app requires you to finish the download from the manufacturer’s site. The site does not function. You can enter your address and provide a password but the site will say you have made a mistake when confirming your password! I have searched alternative download sites but they all go back to UBTECH.

This app does not allow you to log in or create an account. So basically, the robot (and the app) are useless. What a waste. How Apple allows this app to still be downloadable is beyond me…!

J’ai l’impression que ça fais très longtemps qu’il y a un problème, il serais peut être temps de le régler ? 
À priori l’ancienne version était bien, pourquoi ne pas y revenir ? 
J’avoue que j’ai un peux la rage d’avoir acheter ce robot pour au final ne pas pouvoir m’en servir…

I CONNECTED to 20 WiFi and non of them worked and when it went in the app kept crashing and then the robot suddenly stopped this a money scam so please don’t buy this and the robot couldn’t identify me and I couldn’t get a refund on the robot and there was no help service.
