If I could give a negative stars I would. Helping out a very sick Mom, the experience has been nothing short of age discrimination. Closing account ASAP.

The old app was much better— the new version is not intuitive at all and very cumbersome. I struggled just to make my mortgage payment, and I’m a pretty tech savvy person.

This app is totally not usable. The font is so small I can’t even see the amounts.     It gets hung up and then impossible to close. Even the website isn’t working properly with the latest changes. Wish I could go back to the older website.

The daily balance total for your account is gone.  You on.y get 2 designated devices where login info can be saved.  The font is tiny!  NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL!  Updates are supposed to make things better…this is terrible.

I’ve been banking with First Palmetto since I was a 11-year-old girl, and I’m a 37-year-old woman now. That says enough, but I do want to add that I love their new mobile features and outstanding customer service. I’ve also financed two houses through their mortgage program. I can’t say enough good things about FPB!

This app always locks me out and says I need to validate my credentials at the most inconvenient times. I always have to uninstall and then reinstall it onto my iPhone 7. It also tells me to call me bank to unlock features on the app, but the number is for the actual bank. They have no control over the app from their side. Please fix the app so I can check my balance and move over money from my phone. It’s inconvenient when I’m traveling states away and can’t check my balance or anything.
