If you open it and close the notes section all the notes disappear. I ran the latest update and now the app will not open unless I add my email address and phone number. In addition, it immediately changed to portrait mode from landscape on my iPad. Is this what was meant by fixing orientation problems? That's not a fix in my book. Fortunately, I have not run the update on my phone yet and will not do so if it will make the app unusable there as well.
