It is fast and easy and taking pictures of checks is very smooth. Nice work to all who made this an easy and intuitive app to use. ### 2/5 — Worst online banking *2023-07-08* The mobile app is better than the online version BUT first rep aka JP MORGAN CHASE really need to fix the kinks with their online banking, so sick and tired of features not working or not even being able to get passed the login process. Our personal account rep is unbelievably good. I thought only billionaires had this kind of service. My wife and I could not be happier at how simple and fast First Republic makes everything, everything. I am a huge fan. A few months later, I switched our nonprofit accounts to First Republic, and again, we are thrilled. First Republic is so generous with nonprofits, they make you feel like they are a true partner. Often I just give up and log in via the web. The payment function in particular works sometimes and sometimes not. However, it is extremely slow when it comes to bill payment and transfers. Don’t plan on using the app to approve more than a few bill payments. Every week, I have to hit “approve” in Bill Pay numerous times until it actually goes through. I also haven’t been able to see our company’s banking history, because of course, that part of their portal and app stopped working. Terrible user experience/interface.
