### 1/5 — Terrible for making mortgage payments

Use to work, hasn’t for months. I’ve needed to use my computer for full desktop version to make payments. Won’t even work if I go to the search engine on my phone. Really don’t like this is the ONLY monthly payment that I need my computer for.

When I open the app it states an update is required. I try to update but the update says it requires version 13 of iOS which is not supported on my phone. Your app has become useless. Unable to access my accounts using it.
Not my first disappointment with the quality of your IT.

The app and website are both currently down. ERROR: "No response from Enterprise Server." 

Both the app and website direct you to call a phone number which prompts you to leave a voicemail and they will follow up on the next business day. 

It's 6:30 on a Friday and apparently no assistance will be available until Monday at the earliest. It would be great if you had a way to get app support outside of bank hours.

The app is good for checking your balance.  I would not use the mobile check deposit feature. My check has been in an "accepted" status & nobody at the bank can tell me when my funds will be available. 

Seems to me that this new feature went live without any instructions or training made available for customers or bank staff.  This whole process has been a huge inconvenience.
