Unfortunately while trying to create my account with them I was unable to because I wasn’t 21. Every so often it’ll sign you out and tell you your account doesn’t exist. Most recently this happened 4 weeks ago and I still can’t get into my account. And the only way to contact support is in app which I can’t get into… basically my profile will be forever stuck on this app lol Update: after recent update it happened again. PS The new sign on looks amazing.👍🏾 ### 1/5 — Relaunch of new version and its broke *2025-10-27, version 1.8.1* They launched a new version last week and now I can’t even log in, it says there is no account attached to my number but I can go back to text messages from months ago that prove different. This also happens periodically where you just can’t log in, and app keeps crashing. It’s a decent app when it works, but it’s clearly not working now. ### 1/5 — Forced to invite people to get on app *2025-10-26, version 1.8.1* I’m a single mom who’s been divorced for years. Most of my friends are married. Some are single moms too but I don’t like that the app states you have to pick a contact to send an invite to on your behalf. Basically the app is attaching my name and making it look like I’m recommending the app to a friend that I haven’t even used yet. I don’t feel comfortable doing that because my friends trust me and I give out recommendations for products I have used already and had good experiences with. Since there’s no way around this, I wasn’t able to complete my profile after putting all my information in. ### 1/5 — Not worth the time *2025-10-26, version 1.8.1* I downloaded the app, filled in all my details to set up the account, got a confirmation email and was waitlisted. So I was patiently waiting to be approved. Today when I open the app- I am logged out and it does not give me an option to log in using the email I used and it says the phone number I used isn’t associated to any account. Spent 24 hours waiting for confirmation. Suddenly, they change their sign on, don’t take email addresses only Apple, and stopped recognizing my phone number. I created an account and it took a week just to be accepted and when I finally got access, it wouldn’t show anything 😒. I figured, maybe I need to update the app? I updated the app and it took me out and told me my account does not exist.
