First Savings Bank makes it nearly impossible to pay your mortgage each month. You can’t use the app to pay your bill. The customer service is awful. I have to make over 10 phone calls a month to pay my mortgage online. Every time I speak to a customer service rep on the phone I get different information. I was told to go in to a branch to set up auto pay. When I arrived they told me they can’t do it.
