First Savings Bank makes it nearly impossible to pay your mortgage each month. You can’t use the app to pay your bill. The customer service is awful. I have to make over 10 phone calls a month to pay my mortgage online. Every time I speak to a customer service rep on the phone I get different information. I was told to go in to a branch to set up auto pay. When I arrived they told me they can’t do it. Unless you want to pay an additional fee each month to pay over the phone or mail a check then I suggest using another company for your mortgage. ### 1/5 — Remote deposit *2021-08-11, version 8.5.20* They take forever to show up in my account ### 1/5 — UNRESPONSIVE *2021-02-25, version 8.5.20* Very unlikely to open when you want to use it.
