Then it doesn’t even tell me what’s a wrong so I just have to assume and change my password again. It’s probably signed me out permanently like 3 times. Face ID does not work. I’ve brought this to the attention of employees and I always hear the same answer which is IT is working on this issue. It’s been months and nothing has changed. Every time I login, I have to reset my password. I bank with other financial companies and get access immediately with a two second Face ID. We’ve been long time customers and deserve better technology. Their system locks your account after 3 failed logins. Not 3 in a row but 3 at anytime. So if I fail twice then login successfully, the count does not start over. Rather, if I fail again after a successful login, my account so gets lock. And the only way to unlock is to make a phone call. I have had no problems with it until a couple weeks ago. I can not sign into my account then when I go and try to sign in to the online banking it never sends the code for the “extra safety”. It has so much safety I can’t even sign into my own account. It has been very frustrating when I can’t even see how much I have. I have tried to reach customer service and they never contacted me back or fixed the problem.
