The FaceID screen comes up and shows the check mark for validation but still requires password to log on. I love the bank, hate the app. Plus it’s not as easy to check your history and info as other apps such as US BANK ### 1/5 — Problems with Mobile App *2026-03-07* Have not been able to open the mobile app in weeks. When I called to find out the problem was told there is no problem on their end. I have used the mobile app for years. Am using my iPad and iPhone. Neither will work. Need a solution. The old version allowed me to name each account.
