Now it is more steps can see whet is coming. Bring the old version bill pay back. You can cancel payments. You can’t see payments coming. It removed many of my payees. It is not easy to schedule payments. Bring old version back please ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Notifications not working *2026-03-15, version 4020.1.1* Even after updates claimed to have notification updates the app still not showing notifications also even if the email option is chosen I used to get real time notification for example for checks or direct deposit, none of that works anymore. And now there’s big pop-ups about cookies. This app messed up my external accounts for ACH payments, tried to setup a new one via manual deposit but no way to verify the deposits, just getting errors. Just a nonsense app. The loan payment transaction has less information, missing how much went to interest and how much to principal. Mobile deposit is not real time any more. Do not just change the app for a change, where is the added value?!! The new update is the worst! Considering switching banks at this point. You’re telling me that instead of a nice easily seen way of noting my current balance, how much I’ve earned, what is being bought and sold at a glance, I now have to NOT use the app and instead need to go off the app to the “Drive Wealth Portal” and use a horrifically designed minimalistic page to view my investments? I don’t want to constantly scroll through a ton of earlier statements and trade confirmations just to get a vague understanding of my account’s status that won’t be fully understood until the end of the month. Well, I COULD get a current idea but I’d have to waste time personally finding and calculating everything myself instead having it already brought up and done so for me like a service like this should do. Before I could get an instant glance at everything and now I can’t and my experience is worsened because of that. I’ve never bothered to review apps before but I had to this time because it was such a bad update. ### 1/5 — Safe Ap? *2025-12-18, version 4018.1.1* New Version 4018.1.1 installed 12-15-25 released too early. Some external xfers deducted money twice. Last did credit money to external acct but did deduct $ from FSCU. Needed to replace labels as they didn’t xfer from old ap. Too many calls later, fixes in place. Overnight holds from sending account apparently work differently as well. ### 1/5 — A massive downgrade vs the old version *2025-12-17, version 4018.1.1* Critical functions which were available in the new app are no longer available in this version.
