There was a section of the app where members could transfer money between each other electronically. I’ve in/reinstalled several times and tried on different devices. ### 1/5 — Cloudflare security prevents login *2023-11-09, version 5.6.1* Suddenly, I am challenged to say I am a human each time I click the app. That was annoying, but acceptable until the verification began looping and did not admit me to the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Not happening to any other apps. ### 1/5 — So many issues now *2023-09-17* The app often says it’s not a connection to load the app. I’ve checked for updates, I have a newer phone, and I have tried using data and my WiFi to get it to work. The deposit area takes forever to load sometimes; to where you could wait for hours or try another day and it’ll work seamlessly. It makes me feel like my money is not safe when I can’t access my account as needed, and I am thinking about changing banks because of it. Please fix this issue. One thing to possibly check is the iOS version of your device - please make sure the latest version of the iOS is installed. ### 1/5 — What happened to FaceID? *2022-04-30, version 5.3.0* This app hasn’t let me sign in with my face for over 2 months now. Kept assuming it would get fixed in a future update, but the problem persists. ### 2/5 — Location services remain on after opening the app *2026-07-06, version 5.8.0* I love the app and I am grateful for the services that it provides. BUT, ever since the most recent update, from about 4 months ago, the app will use location services when I open the app and then will continue using location services in the background continuously for hours after I have left the app. The only way to stop this is to force quit the app from the app manager. I make use of the app’s widget, as I have done for over a year. And I have allowed location access to the app “while using the app.” But, this issue with consistent location usage is new and frankly is a severe bug.
