I updated my app yesterday and now I can’t login. My password isn’t working and there is no “forgot password” option.
Also the new design is very dated and doesn’t look good.

99% of the time I can’t log in.The instant balance doesn’t work either. Lousy bank apps are the number one reason I hate banking in southern Illinois. Are you reading this Chase Bank? Please bring back an ATM to Carbondale IL.

It 9/10 takes way too long (long enough where I just exit the app before it can even load) to load my account info. All these updates but it’s still taking forever and I know it’s not my phone/signal cause every other thing works just fine.

UPDATE:
1) App no longer works on my iPhone 6+! This is frustrating to say the least!

2) Locks up on iPad Pro iOS 15.3.1. I have to restart my iPad and re-open the app every time.

1) While it does work for the most part, I’ve found it won’t work when using WiFi if you don’t have cell service. You must have cell data in order to use it. Not Cool. FIXED

  2) I would like to see my latest transactions just below the Balance, without having to tap a selection on the home screen. While this may be a preference, there is plenty of room on the main page for this. 

  3) it has issues remembering my username and password. I have to constantly re-enter the info. Also not cool. I believe this to be related to what the app is programmed to do if there’re connectivity issues. The code needs to be reworked.

I really like the new update for the UI and the new functionality added. Glad FSB is taking steps to improve their service.
