I “save my username login” and 9 out of 10 times when I try to get on I have to totally re enter all my login info. Very annoying and needs a his glitch fixed. Having Touch ID should be enough, and occasionally having to re enter all login info is acceptable. They are not in the same class as First Southern State Bank. Mr. Lockridge has done a great job handling my affairs. I would recommend him and First Southern to anyone. Now if we could just figure out a way to deposit cash lol!! My former credit union offered the check deposit and it was so helpful because of my age and disability. So thank you for providing this service. Also every person at my local bank is very friendly and very helpful. I can see an accurate balance, from the home page, but when I click the account to see the recent activity, it doesn’t show anything that day, and sometimes not the previous day. I have to jump through hoops, clicking on the options at the bottom and back to the account and SOMETIMES it will update. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, with no luck in fixing the issue.
