With other bank the first day you open account. Another issue is it’s constantly updating so when I go out my password in it’s says in valid password. I work splits and it’s hard to get to the bank before it close at 4 during the week and week ended at 5. So when it time to transfer from from my account to pay a loan I can’t log in... so I’m late and i rarely go in to deposit funds. ### 1/5 — Awful *2017-04-20, version 8.0.236* Needs new update . Quits on me all the time, won't let me log in. I’ve reported to CSR at FSB Athens and no response. “It works on my phone” is the reply I got from customer service.
